Coffee is more than just a drink, it has become a culture.

No doubt you’re here because you are a serious coffee drinker and as such, you know what “Specialty Coffee” is and appreciate it. And perhaps you are even aware of “Small-Batch” and “Micro” roasters. However, we are part of a group known as Nano roasters.

Nano roasters are coffee roasters that operate on an even smaller scale than that of the micro roasters, often using machines that can roast as little as half a pound per batch.

As a Nano roaster we carefully roast our coffee beans to extract the most amount of flavor possible. While continually perfecting our craft, we learn how long each type of coffee bean should be roasted to maximize the flavors of its origin.

We then push the roast process a bit further to capture the characteristics of a darker roast to compliment the origin, and finally blending those two nano batches together.
